If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately with the expected shipping time frame. Payments are not processed until an item ships. In the event that payment for an out of stock item is made when other in-stock items are shipped, you have the option of having your payment returned until the item is back in stock and has been shipped, or you can request a credit towards another item. Our goal is customer satisfaction so we try to keep our website updated with product availability. However, there may be a rare occasion that a product has sold out and it is not clearly indicated. |
