| Do you ship outside of the United States? |

No. Currently we only ship within the United States and of course that includes Alaska and Hawaii. We look forward to expanding our shipping options to other countries later this year so check back often! |
| Orders with Personalization and/or Photos |

Most orders are processed within 72 hours. However, items that include personalization and/or photos require an additional 3-5 days for processing depending on the style. Please add this time frame to the standard delivery times. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
| What is your return policy? |

In the event that your purchase is damaged or broken during shipping, notify us of the damage within 3 days of receipt of your order and save all packing materials. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arrange for a replacement.
1. Notify us via e-mail or phone within 3 days of receipt of item.
2. In order to help us serve you better, please provide a reason for return.
3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Item must be returned in the original condition and the original packaging along with your Return Authorization number within 10 days of receipt.
To return items that are not damaged, simply follow the above 4 steps but a 20% restocking fee plus shipping will be applied. We're sorry, but unauthorized returns and return requests for items that do not meet the 3-day notification requirement will NOT be accepted. Gift certificates, seasonal products and discounted merchandise (coupons, specials, promotions, etc.) are NOT returnable. |

Once you add an item to your shopping cart, you will have the option to select your shipping method and the shipping cost will automatically be calculated for you. |
